• On average $90/sample

• $100 for completing long questionnaire + initial CSA

• $250 for successful completion of application (within 3 months of initial CSA)

• $950 for submitting adult photo

• Can make upwards of $500 per month (this payment does not include the 25% that is withheld until completion of the program)

• Bimonthly checks

• Free genetic testing

• Free periodic STI (sexual transmitted infection) testing

• Free periodic wellness checks (physical exams)

• Free access to fertility evaluation / semen analyses
